Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WAID ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WAID is a WhatsApp AI Dashboard that allows users to save, organize, and search links and notes sent through WhatsApp. The Service uses artificial intelligence to categorize, summarize, and tag saved content.

3. Beta Program

WAID is currently in beta. During the beta period:

  • All approved users receive Pro-level access at no cost
  • Features, limits, and pricing are subject to change without notice
  • The Service may experience downtime, bugs, or data inconsistencies
  • We may modify or discontinue features based on feedback and usage data
  • Beta users who transition to paid plans will receive a 50% discount for 12 months

By participating in the beta, you acknowledge these conditions and agree to provide feedback when requested.

4. Account Registration

To use WAID, you must create an account and link your WhatsApp number. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use WAID to:

  • Save, store, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Use the Service for spam, phishing, or other malicious purposes
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you save through WAID. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

AI-generated summaries, tags, and categories are derived from your content and are provided as part of the Service. You may use these outputs freely.

7. Service Tiers & Pricing

WAID offers multiple service tiers with different usage limits. During the beta period, all users have access to Pro-tier features. After the beta period:

  • Free Tier — Basic access with usage limits
  • Student Tier — Enhanced access at a discounted rate
  • Pro Tier — Full access with unlimited features

Pricing and limits are subject to change. We will provide at least 14 days notice before any pricing changes take effect.

8. Limitation of Liability

WAID is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WAID and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

9. Data & AI Processing

By using WAID, you acknowledge that your content will be processed by third-party AI services (including OpenAI) for summarization, categorization, and search functionality. While we take precautions to protect your data, you should not save sensitive information such as passwords, financial details, or confidential business data through the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to WAID at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use of WAID after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
